Historic Rice Mill Wedding | Sarah + Ryan Cinco de Mayo 2016

06 May 2016

Back on May 2, 2016, I met with Sarah & Ryan at the lovely Historic Rice Mill for the final walk-through and rehearsal for their upcoming wedding on Cinco de Mayo, 2016.  One of the things I absolutely love about the Historic Rice Mill is the layout. You've got the ceremony location conveniently located right outside on the water. As the ceremony wraps out, you can then move inside for cocktails and dinner.  As Thursday, May 5 arrived, the day was absolutely gorgeous, but there was a bit of a breeze at the time of the ceremony being right on the water. The Historic Rice Mill is one of the most beautiful wedding locations in Charleston, because of it's close proximity to the water. Book your wedding ceremony and reception and be prepared for the best views of those amazing sunsets in Charleston.  A little background information. Ryan is a member of the United States Navy and I am proud to show my appreciation for his service to our country by providing all Active Duty members of the military a 10% discount for all of my services. It's the least that I can do for the men and women that give me the freedom to do something I truly love. You'll want to read on for more of the musical details of Sarah & Ryan's beautiful evening at the Historic Rice Mill.

The Historic Rice Mill is a wedding venue that I have certainly been no stranger to over the years. It's located right on the Charleston Harbor and is probably positioned as one of the best waterfront venues with some of the best views of the water on the peninsula of Charleston.  For more information on setting up a time to do a walk-through with the Historic Rice Mill, <---be sure to click this link.

Ready To Talk To Mike Bills About Being Your Wedding DJ?
Hope you enjoyed this look back at Sarah & Ryan's special Cinco de Mayo wedding ceremony and reception at the Historic Rice Mill in Charleston. Did you know that you are literally just a few feet (for the entire night) from the water? Yes! While the dance floor is inside, you are literally just a few feet away from an outdoor area that might have a bar set up, should you decide to add it on to your investment with the Rice Mill.  It's awesome to head outside and cool off with an adult beverage after you've been cutting a rug on the dance floor.  If you are planning on getting married in Charleston, the Historic Rice Mill is definitely a wedding venue that is worth your time for a walk-through before you make your decision. There are not too many other wedding venues on the peninsula with the view of the water that the Rice Mill has. Thank you very much for making it to the end of this blog post. Hopefully these real wedding posts are here to give you some inspiration when it comes to putting the playlist together for your wedding.  As you search for your wedding DJ, don't let anyone you speak with tell you that all weddings are the same because that could not be further from the truth. The one thing that has made me very successful as a wedding DJ has been allowing my brides and grooms to have full say-so when it comes to the creation of their wedding playlist. Do not let any wedding DJ strong-arm you into making you believe that "they" supply the music and you have no say-so. I'd love to speak with you about your upcoming wedding. If you like what you see, please surf around my webiste and blog and look at all the numerous pages of content I've created for you. Then, all you need to do is the click the link up above  to fill out a contact form and to tell me a little bit about your big day. I look forward to hearing from you.
