Charleston, SC remains a top wedding destination in the country for many reasons. Lots of couples choose the Holy City for it's rich history on the peninsula, or for it's taste of the old South with its beautiful plantations for their wedding ceremony and reception. In addition to all it has to offer with it's history, Charleston also has some of the most beautiful beaches. Today's stop on the Charleston Wedding Venue tour takes us to one of the most beautiful private beaches in the greater Charleston area, Seabrook Island. Seabrook Island is a private resort town located about 24 miles south of Charleston. Even though the resort is private, the Seabrook Island Club is also available open to non-members of the community for weddings and private events. For those Charleston brides and grooms who have been dreaming about a luxury wedding at the beach, look no further than the Seabrook Island Club.
As a recently engaged bride or groom, you probably have begun the process of getting ready for your wedding at one of Charleston's many beautiful venues. Well, the
quality of your music is paramount. Music tends to have a personal preference, you and your fiance may be introduced, go into your first dance, then move into your
father / daughter dance, then mother / son dance or we can put more focus on you and move the father / daughter dance and mother / son dance to another section
of the evening.
We are now in the home stretch of getting ready to enter into another holiday season here in Charleston. And as a wedding vendor, I know that this is prime time for engagements and they will begin and last into the new year. Ladies, if you feel he is getting ready to pop the question, once it happens you are going to have all these wonderful thoughts floating around in your head. Your dress, venue, the food, your flowers. I just wrapped an 8 part series you might sift through when it comes to choosing the Right DJ for your Charleston wedding. Feel free to read that over, but between now and the end of 2016, my blog posts will consist of everything to give you ideas for your wedding reception from my favorite wedding venues to handcrafted playlists that are sure to make for a memorable day.
