Katherine & Andrew - Christmas at the Charleston Yacht Club

17 December 2012

****81% of your guests say it is the "entertainment" that they will remember the most from your reception. Make sure you choose the right DJ.

The heart-wrenching stories were getting the best of me. How was I to put that behind me and go and do this wedding on Saturday evening? As professional wedding DJs, we are paid good money to provide a service. It doesn't matter whether you got into a fight with your wife or girlfriend 3 hours before the event or hit a squirrel on your way to a wedding, you must be there ready to give 110%. The bride and groom have paid good money and you can't let them down.

All that being said, I got up on Saturday morning and was ready to go. I deliberately turned off the TV and radio so I wouldn't be exposed to the somber and depressing news reports that kept coming out of Newtown, Connecticut.
