If you've just reached this page of my blog, you are in for a real treat. You've actually just reached the second installment of The Most Requested Songs For Wedding Playlists. I've spread this expansive list of songs over eight separate blog posts. As you continue to read through this post, you'll find out that you can download all of them from Spotify.  Most of my clients are modern brides and grooms who tend to not be interested in selecting a bunch of overplayed wedding music.  "Dear Future Husband" | Meghan Trainor
Back in the spring of 2015, wedding DJs had another option for The Bouquet Toss Song.  Released on March 17, 2015, "Dear Future Husband" would peak at #14 on the Billboard Hot 100.

"Super Bass" | Nicki Minaj
"Super Bass"  would become a signature song for Nicki Minaj.  The song would be one of the final singles to be released from her debut album, Pink Friday. "Super Bass" would peak at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100.

"I Love It" | Charli XCX / Icona Pop
Back in the spring of 2012, Icona Pop would team up with Charli XCX for what would become one of the most requested wedding songs of 2012 and 2013.  "I Love It" would peak at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100, and #1 on the Hot Dance Charts.

  "Don't Stop The Party" | Pitbull / TJR
Fall weddings in 2012 got a treat as the third song was released from Pitbull's album Global Warming. "Don't Stop The Party" would break into the Top 10 on the rhythmic chart, and #5 on the U.S Dance Mix Show chart.

 "My Best Friend" | Tim McGraw
You are marrying your best friend, which makes this a perfect addition as a first dance song or a song for the dinner music portion of the evening. Released in thr fall of 1999, "My Best Friend" would peak at #1 on the Hot Country chart and is perfect for those modern brides and grooms who are into their country music.

"Titanium" | David Guetta / Sia 
Weddings toward the end of the 2011 were greeted with this instant classic by David Guetta that featured Sia. "Titanium" would peak at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and would top the UK Singles chart. 

"Make You Feel My Love" | Adele
Adele's cover of this Bob Dylan song from 1997 is a popular choice by modern brides and grooms.  "Make You Feel My Love" also appears on my 20 Most Requested Romantic Songs For Your Wedding Playlist.

"Locked Out Of Heaven" | Bruno Marrs
In the fall of 2012, Bruno Marrs would release his second album, Unorthodox Jukebox. He'd score his fourth #1 song on the Billboard Hot 100. "Locked Out Of Heaven" would break into the Top 10 in over 20 countries.

"She's Everything" | Brad Paisley
For those modern brides and grooms who are lovers of country music definitely choose this song for their wedding playlist. Back in 2005, Brad Paisley released the album Time Well Wasted. "She's Everything" would be the last song to be released to radio and would reach #1 on the Country charts.

 "Roar" | Katy Perry
In the summer of 2013, Katy Perry would release her album Prism. "Roar" would be the first single to be released to radio and would peak at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and the adult contemporary chart.

"Talk Dirty" | Jason Derulo / 2 Chainz
Early in 2014, Jason Derulo & 2 Chainz were having us "Talk Dirty" on the dance floor at weddings all over. The song would peak at #1 on the Mainstream Top 40 chart, as well as the Rhythmic chart.

"Respect" | Aretha Franklin
What you want, baby I got.....So many brides head out to the dance floor with their bridesmaids and family. "Respect" is an excellent song to throw on to break the ice after dinner and to get you and your guests loosened up.  "I Will Wait" | Mumford & Sons
Babel was the title of the second album released in the summer of 2012. "I Will Wait" would become one of the most popular songs of their career and would peak at #1 on the Adult Alternative Chart.

"What I Like About You" | Romantics
While the song barely cracked the Top 50 in the United States, the song took off because of airplay of the music video shortly after the launch of the channel in August 1981.

 "Blank Space" | Taylor Swift
Speaking of songs that brides and her bridesmaids flock to the dance floor for, this song is one of them.  "Blank Space" would be the follow-up single to "Shake It Off" released in the fall of 2014 and would peak at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and the Adult Contemporary chart.

 "Omg" | Usher / Will I Am
In the spring of 2010, Usher would team up with Will I Am for a song off the album Raymond v. Raymond.  "OMG" would peak at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and the Rhythmic chart.

"DJ Got Us Fallin In Love" | Usher
Usher released an EP in the summer of 2010 titled Versus.  "DJ Got Us Fallin In Love" featured Pitbull and would become a wedding playlist staple in recent years.  The song would peak at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100.

"Lucky" | Jason Mraz / Colbie Caillat
"Lucky" is such a fun duet by Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat. The song was originally released on Jason Mraz's 2008 album We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things. This cute duet would peak at #10 on the Billboard Hot 100.

"Trap Queen" | Fetty Wrap
"Trap Queen" would become one of the most popular songs of 2015.  This Patterson, New Jersey native would peak at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 in May 2015. For more of the most popular musicians and bands from New Jersey <------Click this link

"Gold Digger" | Kanye West / Jamie Foxx
"Gold Digger" was released in 2005 from Kanye West's second album Late Registration. The song would be all over the radio during the summer of 2005 and would peak at Number 1 in September of 2005.

 "Save The Last Dance For Me" | Michael Buble
Originally recorded and released back in 1960 by The Drifters with Ben E. King on vocals, Michael Buble would record his version of the song in 2005 and would peak at #5 on the adult contemporary chart. For more ideas on some of top last dance songs of the night, be sure to check out this link.

"Suit & Tie" | Justin Timberlake 
2013 was sort of the return of Justin Timberlake with his new album The 20/20 Experience. "Suit & Tie"  wold be released in the winter of 2013 and would peak at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100. 

 "Love On Top" | Beyonce
You can find this popular request by modern brides and grooms from Beyonce on her album 4, released in 2011.  "Love On Top" was released in the fall of 2011 and would eventually spend 7 weeks at #1 on the Hot R&B charts.

"Drunk In Love" | Beyonce / Jay-Z
And we round out Part 2 of The Most Requested Wedding Songs Of All Time with this Beyonce song where she teams up with her husband, Jay-Z. "Drunk In Love" was released in December 2013 and would peak at #2 on the Hot 100, and #1 on the Rhythmic chart.

"Tennessee Whiskey" | Chris Stapleton
We wrap up this installment of The Most Requested Songs For Wedding Playlist with an instant wedding classic from Chris Stapleton. Released in 2015, "Tennesse Whiskey" would peak at #1 on the Hot Country charts, as well as a #20 peak position on the Billboard Hot 100.
